Dr. Jeffrey Cavalieri

For the past 28 years, Dr. Cavalieri has been serving the Rocky Hill community with his compassionate dental care. Originally from Clifton, New Jersey, he pursued his dream of owning a small dental practice in Wethersfield, Connecticut, in 1993. Dr. Cavalieri earned his B.S. degree in biology from the University of Scranton in 1988, followed by a D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1992. He furthered his education by completing a general practice residency at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey.

During his time at Penn, Dr. Cavalieri participated in an externship at the Erfurt Medical School in Erfurt, Germany, where he received the prestigious Mathew T. Cryer Annual Student Award for Scholastic Excellence and was inducted into Eta Sigma Sigma, the National Dental Honor Society. He is currently a member of several esteemed organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society, and a local dental study group in Fairfield County.

Dr. Cavalieri is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based dental practices to better serve his patients. As a patient advocate, he takes the time to educate and comfort his patients, striving to create a positive and memorable dental experience. In his free time, Dr. Cavalieri enjoys hiking, kayaking, yoga, reading, ice hockey, and spending time with his wife Julie, their 12-year-old twin boys, Derek and Luca, and their rescue dog, Scrappy.
